Our veteran team of litigators effectively protects the interests of our clients in all manner of administrative matters and disputes. They routinely handle cases at all levels of the judicial system and are often able to resolve disputes. After issuance of legal action, collection effort continues and whenever possible, arrangements are made to avoid settlement conferences, trials, and garnishees. Accounts that are recommended for legal action by collectors are referred to management for review and a final decision.
